Features and Use
SD Model centrifugal machine is a modified product improved on the base of SS Model tripod top discharging one. It remains the advantages of SS Model, it also reduces labor strength, fast discharging to wash filtering bag conveniently and improve production efficiency, avoid products polluting and dripping. It is suitable for separating suspension which has high solid loosing , proper grain size, small liquid viscidity, not easy pressing. It is widely used in chemical, pharmacy, light industry, mine, environment protection etc.

Structure & Principle
The motor drives the tumbler to rotate at high speed. The materials enter the tumbler through the top port. They are thrown to the tumbler wall under the centrifugal force. The liquid is discharged from the filter holes of the tumbler wall, the solid is left in the tumbler. After it is stopped, open the cover, loose the fitting pin, use lifting device to hook up the filter bag and the damming plate to the unloading site, loose special hook to make the filter bag open and the filter cake automatically fall.

3.Driving Method: It adopts electro magnetic govern motor to carry out middle, low speed feeding and high speed separating. It is suitable for separating multiple kinds of materials. It can adopt frequency govern flame proof induction motor for explosion proof materials. In normal condition, it can adopt common or flame proof induction motor.
